What We Provide

CartaLite is a web-based application that allows restaurants, cafés, and other businesses to create and share digital menus accessible via QR code.

Acceptance of Terms

By using CartaLite ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use our service.

User Responsibilities

By using CartaLite, you agree that you will not:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, misleading, or offensive content
  • Use the Service to distribute spam or malicious links
  • Impersonate another business or person
  • Violate intellectual property rights (e.g., uploading copyrighted images without permission)
  • Attempt to bypass plan limitations or system restrictions
  • Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Service

You are fully responsible for the content published in your digital menu.

Payments & Refunds

Month Plan: Billed monthly. Cancel anytime—no refunds for partial periods.

6-Month Plan: Billed yearly. Cancel anytime—no refunds for partial periods.

Annual Plan: Billed yearly. Cancel anytime—no refunds for partial periods.


1. Subscription Plans

For Subscription Plans (Monthly/Annual):

  • You may request a full refund within 14 days if no digital menu was published during that period.
  • After 14 days, refunds may be prorated based on unused time, at our discretion.

2. One-Time Purchases

For custom branding, white-label services, QR print packs or priority support:

  • No refunds are available once the service has been activated or delivered.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, Email contact@cartalite.co with:

  • Your transaction ID
  • The email associated with your account
  • Reason for the request

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted at our discretion for:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Technical issues we cannot resolve within 72 hours

Note: All refunds are processed via Lemonsqueezy (our payment processor) within 5-10 business days.

Data & Privacy

CartaLite collects usage data, menu content, and analytics necessary to provide and improve the Service.

Limitation of Liability

CartaLite isn't liable for:

  • Business losses related to menu content or pricing errors
  • Decisions made based on displayed menu information
  • Temporary service interruptions
  • Data loss (we recommend regularly backing up your content)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service during the previous billing period.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If significant changes are made, we will notify users via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
